　　Nantong Kangde Biological Products Co., Ltd. changed its name to Jiangsu Kangde Eggs Co., Ltd. since Oct. 1, 2014 due to development needs and its address was changed to 199 Yaochi Middle Road, Chengdong Town, Hai’an Development Zone, Jiangsu.
　　By then, all the business under Nantong Kangde Biological Products Co., Ltd. shall be continued by Jiangsu Kangde Eggs Co., Ltd.; the original contracts remain valid and the original business relations and service commitments remain unchanged. All internal and external documents, information, invoices, tax ID, etc. shall use the new company name.
