　　The College of Food from Jiangnan University has the only national-class key discipline of Food Science and Engineering, a key national food science and technology laboratory in the food area of China, also a national functional food engineering and technological research center, and a national grain fermentation process and technology engineering laboratory, a “National Food Enterprise Quality Safety Inspection Technology Demonstration Center”, a national grain and oil standard research and verification center, etc. Kangde has joined hands with the College of Food of Jiangnan University for about ten years and achieved good results in egg product processing technology upgrade and the application fields of egg products.
