Throughout its development, Kande Egg Industry has always adhered to a technology-driven approach, focusing on building industry-academia-research platforms. We have engaged in extensive and in-depth cooperation with a number of universities and research institutions in areas such as project collaboration, talent introduction, technological innovation, and product development.
Jiangnan University's School of Food Science and Technology boasts the only national first-level key discipline in food science and engineering and the national key laboratory of food science and technology in China. It also houses the National Engineering Research Center for Functional Foods, the National Engineering Laboratory for Grain Fermentation Technology, the National Demonstration Center for Food Enterprise Quality and Safety Testing Technology, and the National Grain and Oil Standards Research and Verification Center. Our company has collaborated technically with Jiangnan University's School of Food Science and Technology for ten years, achieving excellent results in egg processing technology upgrades and egg product applications.
On March 20, 2014, leaders from the Haian County Science and Technology Bureau and General Manager Wang Wengen visited the School of Food Science and Technology at Jiangnan University in Wuxi to discuss the establishment of an "Egg Deep Processing Project Engineering Center".
Kande Company's long-term dedication to egg product technology development and management has earned high praise from the university, and the company has been appointed as a vice-chairman unit of the Jiangnan University School of Food Science and Technology.
