A group from Yuguo Poultry visited our company for exchange and guidance

On June 25th, Wang Zhiqiang, Vice President of Yuku Poultry, and Song Cunxin, General Manager of Shandong Yuku Poultry, visited our company for exchange and guidance. They were warmly received by our Chairman Wang Wengen, General Manager Wang Junwei, and the head of the Kangrui breeding base.
Wang and his team visited the Kangrui breeding base, toured the chick-rearing and laying hen houses, and inspected the first batch of chicks on site.
Afterwards, personnel from Yuku Poultry and our company held an exchange meeting. Wang Wengen introduced the situation of Kangrui's first batch of chick breeding and hoped that Yuku Poultry could provide professional technical analysis and solutions to key problems, in order to achieve better results in subsequent chick breeding.
Song Cunxin, General Manager of Shandong Yuku Poultry, gave a presentation titled "Management Plan for the Executive Level of Large-Scale Laying Hen Farms." He provided a detailed explanation from four aspects: job placement and responsibility division, how to implement responsibilities, comprehensive inspections, and the creation of a work incentive mechanism.
During the meeting, both sides engaged in thorough exchanges on poultry farming techniques and management, hoping that this exchange would achieve mutual benefit and win-win results, continuously improving the economic benefits and brand value of both parties.
