Yukou Poultry visited our company to discuss the standardization of layer chicken farming.

On June 25, Wang Zhiqiang, Vice President of Yukou Poultry Industry, and Song Cunxin, General Manager of Shandong Yukou Poultry Industry, visited our company to discuss the standardization of layer farming. They were warmly received by our company's Chairman Wang Wengen, General Manager Wang Junwei, and the heads of Xinkangde Poultry and Kangrui Breeding Base.
Mr. Wang's team visited Kangrui Breeding Base, toured the brooding and layer chicken houses, and inspected the first batch of chicks on site.
Subsequently, personnel from Yukou Poultry and our company held a discussion. Wang Wengen introduced the breeding situation of Kangrui's first batch of chicks and expressed hope that Yukou Poultry could provide professional technical analysis and solutions to key issues, aiming for better results in future chick breeding.
Song Cunxin, General Manager of Shandong Yukou Poultry, gave a presentation on site titled "Management Plan for the Executive Layer of Large-scale Layer Farms," elaborating in detail on four aspects: poultry farm job roles and responsibility allocation, how to implement responsibilities, comprehensive inspection work, and establishing work incentive mechanisms.
During the period, both parties had a full exchange on poultry farm breeding technology and management. They hope that through this exchange, they can achieve mutual benefit and win-win results, continuously enhancing both parties' economic benefits and brand value.
