  This training summarizes the 2016 food safety and hygiene work and deploys key tasks for 2017. Department heads attended and received detailed training and guidance on food safety and hygiene for 2017.

  During this training, the company's vice president of production, Su Longyue, provided training on the latest national food safety laws, production safety, and company production discipline, followed by a Q&A session. Other department heads provided detailed training and guidance on job operating procedures, 5S on-site, GMP/SSOP, food protection plans, allergens, and record control.

  This training enhanced employees' understanding of the importance of safety and hygiene, standardized operational behavior, and provided guidance for food safety and hygiene work this year.
