Nantong TV focuses on Condor: Equipment improvement paves the way for transformation and upgrading

On June 28, the news channel of Nantong TV station visited Jiangsu Kangde Egg Industry, conducting an in-depth interview at the workshop regarding the company's equipment upgrades, transformation and upgrading, and high-quality development.
Kangde Egg Industry's imported Danish equipment has achieved fully automated control from egg laying, cleaning, and egg separation to pasteurization and filling, enabling intelligent and efficient mechanized production.
From producing egg liquid, egg powder, and boiled eggs, to extracting high bioactive substances such as lysozyme and egg yolk immunoglobulins from eggs, deep processing can increase the value of a single egg by several times.
A Nantong TV reporter interviewed Chairman Wang Wengen about the company's successful development experience and future development plans.
Speaking of the future, Wang Wengen introduced that the Phase II project, with an investment of 60 million yuan, has commenced construction. A new 14,000-square-meter factory building will house an automated production line capable of processing 800,000 poultry eggs daily, producing new egg products such as egg particles, egg threads, sugar-heart eggs, and onsen eggs. By the end of this year, the Kangrui Agricultural Ecological Park, with fully imported Japanese equipment, will be put into operation. With a scale of 1.6 million laying hens, Kangrui will become the largest and most automated poultry farm in Jiangsu, making Kangde Egg Industry a full-industry chain enterprise integrating feed processing, egg laying hen farming, deep processing of egg products, and organic fertilizer production.
